Christmas Cantata – “Gloria”

The combined choirs of First Presbyterian Church and Spirit of Peace, UCC will present Gloria by Antonio Vivaldi. This timeless choral work embodies the style of Vivaldi and is reminiscent of many of his other famous compositions such as The Four Seasons. The combined choirs will share the piece at First Presbyterian for their 9:30 am service and again at Spirit of Peace for a special 11:00 am service. Vivaldi’s Gloria will feature soloists and be accompanied by string quartet, two oboes, and keyboard.
